Hello, my name is Janie Jackson, and I am so excited to begin my tenth year as North Clinton Elementary School’s Librarian!

I graduated from The University of Tennessee with a Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary Education, and I also completed my Library and Informational Science at UT. I then attended Tennessee Tech University and obtained my Masters in Administration and Supervision.

I grew up in Clinton and even attended Clinton Elementary School in fifth and sixth grade. I graduated from Clinton High School and I am a Dragon! However, I do have some friends who are Mavericks.

I enjoy reading, a lot! Watching movies, I enjoy most sports, especially UT sports (Go Vols!), traveling, and most of all spending time with my family and friends.

I have one daughter Ashley, who just celebrated her 1st wedding anniversary with her husband Charlie. I also have two sweet fur babies, Malley, a Lab mix and Millie Grace, a Chiwinnie.

I love the North Clinton community, and our NCES family. I am looking forward to a wonderful school year!
